These are die-cut vinyl & are one color with no background. These stickers will stick to any type of smooth surface. The sticker comes applied with transfer tape. All you have to do is peel it, stick it, rub it down than peel off the transfer tape & just the color will stay. We only use premium grade outdoor vinyl 6 - 7 years.
